Nurturing Nature: A Day of Tree Care and Celebration
This past Sunday, 12 April 2026, presented a splendid opportunity to nurture and care for the young saplings we had planted and those we would plant later. Just as a child relies on their mother for support and nourishment during the formative years, trees also require dedicated attention and care for at least the first three years of their growth.
In alignment with our mission and philosophy of environmental stewardship, those who volunteered to lend a helping hand were organized into three teams, each assigned to a specific site. One enthusiastic group ventured to the GNGF Toran Vatika Nursery, where they meticulously tended to the young plants, ensuring they received the necessary water and nutrients. Another team was dispatched to Madhusudan Vidyapeeth, where volunteers worked diligently to maintain the landscape while instilling a sense of community pride. The final team traveled to Pal Lake Garden, which required attention and care to foster the growth of existing trees and the newly planted ones.
In addition to our tree-care activities, we took a moment to celebrate a special occasion—the birthday of our dear young Green Saarthi, Nitya Senjaliya. Her enthusiasm for environmental conservation inspires many, and her birthday provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of nurturing not only our trees but also the next generation of environmental stewards.
This day was filled with purpose, camaraderie, and a deep commitment to creating a sustainable future.
રવિવાર તા.12/04/2026 ની ગરમીની ઋતુમાં વહેલી સવારે ઠંડા પહોરે વહેલા ઉઠીને પ્રકૃતિની સેવામાં કાર્યરત ગ્રીન સારથીઓએ ત્રણ જગ્યાએ સેવા આપી હતી..
તોરણ વાટિકા નર્સરી ખાતે બાળ ઝાડની સાર સંભાળ તેમજ બીજ વાવવાની પ્રક્રિયા.
શ્રી મધુસૂદન વિદ્યાપીઠ દેલાડવા ખાતે વૃક્ષારોપણ કાર્યક્રમ..
પાલ લેક ગાર્ડન ખાતે વાવેલા ઝાડને પાલ લેક ગૃપના Green સારથીઓ દ્વારા પાણી આપવાના એમ ત્રણ કાર્યક્રમ કરવામાં આવ્યા સાથે સાથે સૌની લાડકી દીકરી નિત્યાના જન્મદિનની ઉજવણી પણ કરવામાં આવી.
ઉપરોક્ત સેવા કાર્યમાં સહભાગી થનાર તમામ Green સારથીઓનો આભાર અને ધન્યવાદ.
